If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, please contact our Customer Services Department by email through our contact page or by calling 07971 684487 to request a returns authorisation.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unopened, unused, in a perfect resalable condition and sent back in its original packaging.
Please be aware, postage will not be refunded for items returned as unsuitable or ordered in error.
The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned.
Please do not send items back without first contacting our Customer Services Department, they will not be accepted.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in a resalable condition (in original packaging and including all parts, manuals and accessories).
Please note any items that are sent direct from the manufacturer (Spray Tan Extractor Fans and Filters) are non-returnable if they are unsuitable.

It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that you use. Once the parcel is received we will inspect and process your refund within 30 days provided the returned items are in a resalable condition. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle the Buyer to a full refund.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. We regret we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.
Refunds can take up 5 days to appear in your account.
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want online and return the other item for a refund.

If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required the return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shortages, Damages and Potential Warranty Items
Upon delivery the buyer shall inspect all goods and shall notify DHA Solutions within 7 working days by written email or by calling 07971 684487 if shortages are found or the goods appear to be damaged or defective.
If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to DHA Solutions. within 7 days to arrange return.
If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

All used items must be cleaned before returning to us, we cannot deal with any dirty items, they will be returned to you.
On receipt of your goods we will carry out an inspection and contact you within 30 days of receipt.
If goods are found to be faulty we will offer you a replacement.
If your purchase is outside our 7 day returns period but within the manufactures warranty period we will replace the goods as stated in the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
Spray Tanning Kits or Bundles include two or more items, purchased together in order to receive a discount.
Items sold as part of a kit may be returned individually for replacement within our Returns Policy period.
If an individual kit or bundle item is returned as faulty or damaged we will offer a repair or replacement for that item not for the full kit. If in the event of a refund, the value of the individual kit item will be offered at the discounted price as reflected in the final kit price. We do not refund the full price of the individual item as sold separately.
What products are excluded from our Refund Policy?
For reasons of health and hygiene and due to its perishable nature we are unable to exchange or refund spray tan solutions once the original packaging has been opened and the seal broken, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
